In SPEED we provide training that has specific objectives and measurable outcomes. To ensure the effectiveness of our training programs, we follow up with participants on their progress and performance, and if possible, work with the immediate supervisors at the client organization to get feedback. It is therefore imperative that client organizations are briefed and open to working with us to ensure the training needs of clients are met.
For most of our workshops, we build in follow-up sessions in order to reinforce learning and ensure learners can apply the learning in their professional context.
