Our models recognize the importance of learners’ engagement and involvement in activities for meaningful learning.

The need to expose learners both to cutting-edge technologies and to an appropriate mix of learning modes (e.g. group discussions, seminars, tutorials, and practicals) is highly valued.

Training Needs Analysis

The first and very crucial step in designing a training program is a Training Needs Analysis (TNA). This process includes understanding the training needs of the client, identifying and cataloguing these needs and analyzing the results for the proposed target group or the organization. The structure and methodology used for TNA is subject to the nature of the specific training program.

SPEED uses a specially-designed TNA for each program area, which helps us to design training programs that fit the needs of learners and are most effective.
